Zac Zetterberg | Curator of Art and the Center for American Decoys

Peoria is home for Zac Zetterberg. He attended Notre Dame High School and earned a BFA in Painting and Sculpture from Bradley University. In 2007, he moved to Arizona to attend Arizona State University, where he earned an MFA in Painting and Drawing. 

In 2013, Zac moved back to the Midwest and eventually landed back in Peoria after accepting an artist residency at the Prairie Center of the Arts. Zac starting working for the Peoria Riverfront Museum in 2014 and currently serves as the Curator of Art & Center for American Decoys. His interests in art and music have motivated him to travel to places across the globe, including India, Spain, and Italy. He and his wife Ericka are proud parents of three children, Eliza, Samuel, and Marcella.
